SAE 100R4 hose should be used for suction and discharge applications in truck and tank car transfer of gasoline, oil and other petroleum-based products with up to 50% aromatic content within a temperature range from -22 to 176 F°. It consists of an inner tube of black conductive NBR with high tensile textile cords with flexible steel helix wire reinforcement.
